Pull Sleep Sleeve over your head and onto your neck, so the logo is at the nape of your neck. Then:
- To keep tighter curls lengthened and organized, pull Sleep Sleeve back over your hair and tie, allowing hair to hang down.
- For volume, tip your hair upside down and pull Sleep Sleeve up so hair sits on top of your head, securing ties around your hairline or however you prefer. There’s no wrong way to do it.

Great Product!
The sleep sleave is a great way to keep my hair from becoming frizzy overnight. It is far better than the product I was previously using. I would recommend the sleep sleave to anyone thinking about buying this type of hair care product.

finally!
i have tried medusa clipping, satin scarves, silk pillow cases, bonnets, pineapples, buffs, practically everything to protect my hair at night. you name it i’ve tried it. this was my last resort. and i almost wish it didn’t work because let’s be real it’s not the most flattering thing ever, but it works so well for me. my hair actually looks decent after sleeping on it. it’s a miracle. this was NOT gifted to me by helix unlike other reviews. my only complaints are lack of color choices (but that’s understandable for a new business) and price point (also understandable). i guess my only reasonable complaint is i wish there was a video somewhere on the different ways to wear it! the instructions are pretty vague, i’d love to see some tutorials on the different ways to wear it for volume, definition, etc.

Didn't work for me
I was excited when I saw this product, but it doesn't work for me. It doesn't in at night, regardless of how I tie it.
It may work for others so it's worth a try.
